This is a budget-priced carrier with lots of features-the carrier is foldable for easy garage access when the kayaks are removed. The carrier is compatible with the Thule Evo Square bars you're interested in and includes bow and stern tie downs, the straps for attaching the kayaks to the carrier itself and tie-down anchors which you can close in the hood and rear hatch for a no-scratch attachment point for the bow/stern tie downs.
