Your current 8.75-16.5" tires have a section width of 9" and a height of 30.1" when fully inflated.
I recommend the Castle Rock ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire # LHCK401 as being the closest size to your current tire. This tire has a section width of 9.25" and height of 30.78". You will want to ensure the extra height and width will not be an issue with tire clearance on your trailer. This tire has a capacity of 3,520lbs.
You will need to change to a 16" wheel versus your 16.5" wheels to fit this tire. We have it available as a wheel and tire package with the Castle Rock ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 16" Silver Mod Wheel # LHACK133. This particular wheel has an 8 on 6-1/2" lug pattern with 0 offset. If you have something else please let me know and I can give you a different recommendation.
