I have a solution for you, but the black wire/plug itself is not available; however that wire and plug is part of the Black Bracket and Single Wire Plug for Thin Line Series Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Lights # A65PB, which your existing MCL61AR26BK will plug into. The MLC61AR26BK you referenced is the Optronics Thinline LED Trailer Fender Light - Submersible - 2 Diodes - Red/Amber Lens # OPT36FR, which could be used with the # A65PB for a complete replacement of your old lights.
