As far as the fitment of the Thule Vector M # TH613201 fitting on your Thule WingBar Evo - 53" Crossbars # TH711420, the Vector M will attach to the WingBar Evo crossbars. In addition, you do have enough room on the top of your roof to accommodate the required crossbar spread of the Vector M (21-7/8 inches - 36-3/4 inches).

For the rear hatch clearance on your 2019 Ford Fusion, there needs to be at least 29 inches from the from the center of your front crossbar to the line where the roof and the hatch meet on your vehicle. In order to ensure the rear hatch capability, I recommend measuring those dimensions.
