Recommended Weight Distribution System for a Airstream Basecamp 20

Question:

My 2017 GMC Canyon with 30k miles has a max tow package rating of 7k lbs. for my 2019 Airstream BC max weight of 4K lbs what would the best rig be. I don’t often experience sway, but I do get some rear axle sag even when properly loaded.

The weight distribution system I recommend for an Airstream Basecamp 20 is the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System part # RP66082 which is one of the best options on the market. It also has a higher rated sway control system which you might see a use for in certain situations such as windy open stretches of road or large gusts of wind from passing semi's. It will require the Chain Hangers for Reese Weight Distribution Systems part # RP58305 due to the cluttered frame rails.
