Best Suspension Support for 2018 Ford F-150 Towing Trailer for Support and Ride Quality

Question:

I have a 2018 F150 Platinum with a 3.5 Eco boost crew cab and short bed, I am towing a 29 foot camp trailer that I believe is around 7000 lbs fully loaded. 5800 lbs dry weight. I have not checked tongue weight but should be between 700 -800 lbs. I plan to get a scale to check. It has a reverse curve 3 weight distribution hitch. What system would you recommend to increase stability and improved ride. I am not a full time RV person so want to keep the nice ride I currently have unloaded. People are recommending air bags, RAS , timbren, and other add on systems. What is your opinion?

Based on feedback from our customers and feedback we've seen on forums for half-ton trucks like your 2018 Ford F-150 the RoadActive Suspension systems are the best overall solution for you. This gives you the best of all worlds. It gives you the best suspension support, the best stability, and the best ride quality. The other options will help with support for sure, stability somewhat, but the ride quality (especially unloaded) will suffer.

So for your 2018 Ford Ford F-150 you'd need the part # RAS3611-YHD and you'd be set with the best solution.
