Are Additional Parts Required To Install Curt Trailer Hitch C12232 On 2002 Ford Taurus For Bike Rack

I just need to know what extra parts I might need for this Curt trailer receiver custom fit class II. 1-1/4, item # C12232. For Thule Easy Fold. 2x And what kind of shop could install it. I am close to a U-Haul but they cant get a hitch for several weeks or months.
