Base Rail Compatibility of B&W BWRVK3270 Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:

What is the distance BETWEEN the tabs on the bottom of the hitch that into the slots of the base rails? Both side to side and front to back. I have base rails installed in my 2006 Chevy 2500HD, and hope to be able to continue to use them. Heres a not so good photo of my rails and hitch were thinking to replace. Thanks!

From your provided photo, it looks like you have what are referred to as industry standard bed rails. You can confirm this by measuring the center to center spacing of the existing mounting slots in the rail.

If the outer-most slots are 29 inches apart on center measured side to side and 22 inches apart on center measured front to back, then the B&W # BWRVK3270 Patriot Siding 5th wheel hitch would fit and would work great for you. I've provided a photo showing these measurements.
