Recommended Bike Rack For Two E-Bikes On 2019 Kia Niro W/ Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C13329
Question:
Which bike rack do you recommend for two electric bikes so that the car rear sensors are available to function. Does it come down to the height of bottom of the bike support track in relationship to the rear sensors? If none are available can a bike track be modified to raise the bottom of the track above the sensors located on the bumper?

I do have a bike rack option that will work with two electric bikes and be compatible with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13329 you were looking at for your 2019 Kia Niro, but none of the available bike racks will not set off the rear back up sensors on your vehicle. There is not a way to modify the hitch to make it work with the sensors, as the sensors sense a very wide area behind the vehicle. Your only option will be to turn off the sensors with the rack installed, or to just ignore the alarm when reversing while making sure you are aware of what is behind you.
For a bike rack I recommend the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y36FR which can accommodate two bikes weighing up to 66lbs each which is perfect for electric bikes like yours. This rack has some great features like a ramp that allows you to roll the bikes up onto the rack to keep you from having to pick up the heavy bikes, and the padded clamps swivel and adjust to fit the frame or seat post of virtually every bike.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
