Troubleshooting A MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent That Won't Open Electronically
Question:
I have seen the posts. I have a 2019 Montana. the bathroom maxi wont open and fan not spinning. Opens manually fan ions. Pess any button and lid closes. also press button when closed and the knob tries to move, looks like tries to close more. with this info, can you give me a direction? P S. I have no book on unit its a 3 speed fan. Exhaust only.

Since your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 10 Speed - White # MA00-04000K is trying to close when already closed and not responding correctly when pressing buttons the control board must be malfunctioning. I recommend replacing it with the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vents # MA10A04751KS.
