Troubleshooting An EverChill RV Refrigerator That Won't Cool
Question:
Last night I followed the steps in the manual for turning on the Ever Chill RV refrigerator that is holding the Set button for 10 seconds to get it to standby, and then holding the Set button for 10 seconds to turn it on. When I shut the door, it sounded like it started running. This morning, the temperature in the fridge was no different from last night. The fridge setting was on 3 and the freezer setting was in the middle.

To troubleshoot this issue on your Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10.7 Cu Ft - 12V - Stainless Steel Item # 324-000119 I first recommend ensuring that it's getting the correct voltage. You'll want to test the outlet and make sure you're getting 12VDC. Next I recommend unplugging the unit and leaving the doors open to allow any ice to defrost and to clean out the drain tube by removing the back panel and using a long tube cleaner to clean the tube. If these steps don't fix the issue then you most likely have a control module or thermostat issue and will need to contact Way Interglobal for replacement parts.
If this is a brand new out of the box refrigerator then I would say you may have a thermostat or control module issue and should contact Way Interglobal for a warranty replacement.
