The Optronics FLEET Count LED Backup Light for Truck or Trailer - Submersible - 6 Diodes - Clear Lens # BUL12CFB you were looking at is right at 280 Lumens.
This light is designed to be used as a reverse light on trailer and is DOT approved for this function.
To wire this light to your trailer you will also need a 2-Wire Pigtail # A45CB.
