Is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2019 Toyota Prius Hard To Install
Question:
Dealership install vs UHAUL install. UHAUL flat fee for third party hitch. The EcoHitch part # EH53VR fits my 2019 TOYOTA PRIUS XLE AWD-E. EcoHitch doesnt like to post their install instructions but can yo send them to me in a separate email so I can see complexity of the install. Install time listed as 2:00 hour. So cost for dealer will be more. Will UHAUL install run into any problems or do I need to pay more and use dealer. UHAUL has no problem with flat fee for 2.00 hour listed install.

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # EH53VR which is a fit for a 2019 Toyota Prius is not difficult to install. It does however take some time as you do have to temporarily remove the rear bumper cover. The professional install time is listed as 2 hours labor so that multiplied by the shops labor rate is what you can expect to get the hitch installed.
I have emailed the instructions for this hitch to you separately.
