Question:
Is there a crossbar with a 55lb capacity? I see up to 35lbs and I have an electric bike

None of the bike frame adapter bars will have the higher weight capacity you are looking for so your best option would be a bike rack designed for e-bikes that have the lower frame top tube and higher weight capacity like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202. This rack was designed specifically for heavier e-bikes and even has a ramp built into it to make loading and unloading easier.
