The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package, # BWRVK3670 is for 5th wheel towing not goose neck connection.
If you are looking for a goose neck type hitch, I suggest the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Hitch, # C60618.
