I have a solution for you, but the Curt # C11190 will not also fit on the 2006 Chrysler Sebring Sedan; it's only going to fit on the 2d convertible versions. Instead you'll want to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12186, which will fit on the 4d Sedan versions of the Sebring and also has a 1-1/4" that's great for carrying bike racks or towing a small trailer. This is a durable Curt trailer hitch that installs without any drilling required, so it's a great solution for you.
