Bike Rack Recommendation for Carrying E-Bikes with Top Frame Tube
Question:
Hello, I have two E-bikes without the upper cross bar. Can I purchase two of those cross bars with the rack? Also, why does it refer to add-on? This is the complete rack for 2inch ball correct?

Since your e-bikes don't have top tubes the best solution for a bike rack would be a Thule Easy Fold XT part # TH903202 which has a clamp design designed for the lower frame tubes of e-bikes like yours and even comes with a ramp to make loading and unloading a bit easier.
