Best Boat Trailer For 12'6" Inflatable Boat That Will Also Work For 14' Aluminum Boat
Question:
We have a 12’6 Bris inflatable boat with a 15 hp motor attached. Need to do some highway and some back road driving, and of course launching/ loading. What size would be best keeping the axles close to the back where the wt is? We would likely put a plywood platform to protect the bottom. Also considering a14 foot aluminum boat, would it fit on the same trailer same motor? Thanks so much for any input or help. We do live in Montana and pick up options are slim.

The CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks # CE48870 is a great option for both boats. It is capable of transporting boats up to 14' long that weigh up to 800lbs. The winch stand can be moved front to back to accommodate for different length boats to keep the weight positioned in the correct place for the trailer.
The CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights # CE27740 will help you to guide the boat onto the trailer when loading but are also great for maneuvering the small trailer as they give you a great reference point that is easy to see with the included lights.
A Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Wheel # MJ-1206B will make maneuvering the trailer much easier when you have it disconnected.
