The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit the 2016-2019 Lexus RX 350 and will not fit your 2020 Lexus RX 350 F Sport.
We currently do not have any hitches that will fit the F sport version of your 2020 Lexus RX 350.
