What Size Are The Rivets Included With Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C13114 For BMW X6?
Question:
Hello, What are the dimensions of the rivets that are used to attach this hitch? Can the existing rivets used for the bumper fascia be reused or are longer ones required? Thank You.

The rivets included with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13114 are M6 rivet and will need to be used to reattach the bumper fascia to your 2008-2013 BMW X6 as the factory rivets will need to be drilled out to be removed as you can see at the 4:00 minute mark of the included video.
Once the hitch is installed then you will re rivet the bumper fascia back to the car using a rivet gun.
If you are planning on towing with your X6 you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 119250KIT, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included installation videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
