Can I use this tow dolly for my 2015 Hyundai sonata without it having obstruction with the front bumper

Your 2015 Hyundai Sonata will fit on the Roadmaster Tow Dolly With Electric Trailer Brakes # RM-2050-1 perfectly and will not have any fitment or interference issues with your front bumper.
The # RM-2050-1 is designed for vehicles weighing up to 4250lbs so since your Sonata only weighs up to 3500lbs you will have no issues.
You will need to add a 7-way connector to the dolly using # PK12706.
