Circuit Breaker Recommendations For Dual AC Units

Question:

I have two a/c units, the trailer is a 50 amp service, in the breaker box of the trailer the a/c breakers are currently a double 20 amp , I bought the trailer used so I don’t know if this is the correct amp breakers. Question: are those breakers suppose to be 20amp or 30 amp? When ever it is really hot out the breaker trips on occasion .

A 20 amp breaker will allow you to run an RV air conditioner but will limit you to pretty much just that which is why it's tripping for you when it gets really hot. This is inconvenient but is meant for the safety of you and your equipment so you can leave it as just double 20 amps or if you want to upgrade to 30 amp breakers you'll also need to run 10AWG wire from the AC unit to the circuit breaker. You'll also only be able to run both AC units when hooked up to 50 amp service.
