Troubleshooting Poor Heating On A Fogatti Tankless Water Heater

Question:

I have installed a FS08B1 Fogatti Tankless Water heater, when I turn on the hot water half way the hot water heater heats the water to correct temp, when I turn on the hot water to the full on position the water stops being heated and begins to cool off to a lower temp, then if I reduce the flow of water to half if will heat back up to the correct temp. The water pump in the camper is a 45 psi pump and the city water connection has a pressure regulator that reduces it to 45 PSI when connected. If I add any cold water to the flow at any time the hot water stops flowing.

To start I would have a licensed technician check the LP pressure running to your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - White Item # LSB64FR. It needs to be 11" WC for the unit to properly work. If it is sufficient then you most likely have a bad thermostat or control module which would require you to reach out to the manufacturer for replacement.
