Weight distribution is recommended any time the trailer weighs at least 50 percent of the vehicle weight or if the vehicle is sagging at the back when the trailer is connected. Sway control would be a good idea in general. From the research I did I found the weight of a 2006 Keystone Zeppelin 291 is 4520 pounds.

Tongue weight is typically 10 to 15 percent of the gross trailer weight so that would be 452 to 678 pounds. You would then add to that the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle to get the total tongue weight. The total tongue weight is the number you need to go by when choosing a weight distribution system.

If we go by 452 to 678, then I recommend a system rated for 400 to 800 pounds tongue weight like # RP66083. This system also features dual-cam sway control and an adjustable shank. You would just need a properly sized ball, # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch.

I have included some links on weight distribution and sway control, determining tongue weight, and instructions for the weight distribution system.
