Wiring A Furrion Camera System To Work When Parked
Question:
Now that my Furrion system with three cameras is working fine, I wired it myself, I want to use it as a security monitor while inside my RV trailer. Don’t know where to plug in the monitor and where to get power to the cameras, from 30 amp shore power or the battery. It’s a 2021 17ft clipper coachmen. Thanks in advance

To power the monitor of your Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 5" Screen Item # FOS05TASF you can install the Charging Station for RVs - 2 USB Ports - 12V Socket - Black Item # DG61023VP. It has a 12v outlet for the monitor and two usb ports for you to charge your phone as well.
To power the cameras you'll want to run them to an in-line switch like Replacement On/Off Switch for Buyers Products Pre-Wired Single Switch Panel Item # 3376391101 and then directly to the battery. The switch will allow you to turn the cameras on and off as needed.
