Everchill Fridge 324-000119 is Not Cooling

Question:

The refrigerator does not cool. The lowest temperature reached is 49 degrees. The freezer works fine. Do you have suggestions on what would be wrong with the fridge? The camper is new and have only been on the road one time so far.

Thank you for your purchase from etrailer of the Everchill RV Refrigerator with Freezer # 324-000119. There are a couple of things you can look at to see what the issue is if it's not cooling. One is to make sure the gasket is sealing properly with the fridge; if the seal isn't tight it can allow warm air in.

Also, if the fridge is disconnected for a long period of time, it can take some time for the fridge to get back to a lower temperature. Otherwise, the issue would be internal and a technician would need to take a look at it.
