The best ladder rack for you is the Yakima Outdoorsman 300 Ladder Rack with 66" CrossBars for Full Size Trucks # Y01137-Y00410. Luckily, this fits all bed sizes of the 2004 Ford F-150 and all bed sizes of the 2019/2020 Dodge 2500. The crossbars are round 66" bars and the rack has a weight capacity of 300lbs.
