For a compatible roof rack system that will work with Thule cargo boxes like the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Black Glossy # TH629706 on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon with raised factory rails, I recommend the following parts:

- Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 50" Long - Qty 2 # Y00428
- SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Fixed Mounting Points, Flush Rails, and Track Systems - Qty 4 # Y53TR
Landing Pad 15 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers - Qty 4 # Y00241
- (Optional for extra security) Yakima Same-Key System Locks # Y07202

The above roof rack system dimensions will allow you to mount a Thule cargo box like the Thule Motion XT on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon. However, one thing to keep in mind is if the Thule Motion XT will allow you to open your rear hatch. Since the Thule Motion XT requires a minimum of 47-1/2 inches from the center of the front crossbar to the line where your roof and hatch meet, I recommend that you measure that distance to make sure you have enough length on your roof to allow the hatch to open. If you find that you need a smaller box in order for your hatch to open, I recommend the Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Matte Black # TH614. The Thule Pulse only requires 42-5/8 inches from the center of the front crossbar to the line where the roof and hatch meet in order for the rear hatch to open.
