Best Options to Lift a Single Axle Trailer

Hello- I am modifying a 4x6 carry-on utility trailer. I believe the trailer is rated for 1700 lbs. I removed the original axle and put a custom width 3500 lb spring under axle on it. I will be running a 32 tire. It currently has 2 leaf slipper springs with 1.5inch front hangers. Height of the spring arch measures to around 3.5 I am looking to convert it to double eyelet springs and would like to add 2inch extra inches of height. I was looking at the 3.25 front and 1.25 rear hanger kit you sell. Using this with a new double eyelet spring with the same height measurement as my current stock spring would give me about the lift i need, correct?

There are a few different ways to lift a trailer, installing taller leaf springs hangers is one of them. The Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs part # APS4 is a great option and may or may lift the trailer the amount you're looking for. It all comes down to the height of the leaf spring hangers you'll be replacing. That said, this is not always a direct 1:1 ratio so a better option would be the Lippert Components Standard Axle Lift Kit part # LC425750 which provides a 1.8" lift.
