Availability Of Sway Control Without A Weight Distribution Hitch For Truck W 10 Drop Ball Mount

I have airbags andont necessarily need weight distribution, can you get a sway control without weight distribution? Additionally, I have a lifted truck and need 10inch . Is this something that can be accomplished?

There sure is!

Based on the picture you provided you are using an adjustable ball mount that does not use a standard hitch ball with a nut on the bottom. Since that is the case you will not be able to use friction sway control, as it needs to be installed underneath the nut.

Instead I recommend using the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000 which wires into your trailer and does not require any brackets like friction sway control. This system uses a constantly monitors to detect trailer sway and activates your trailer brakes as needed to prevent sway from even starting. This system is a great option as once installed you just forget about it, where friction sway control needs to be unhooked when you are done towing and when backing up.
