How To Transport Two Kayaks And SUP With 2018 Chrysler Pacifica
Question:
do these bars feet fit on the Chrysler Pacifica 2018 Stow n Placeinch crossbar rails. The rails are flush with the roof so there is no opening under the rails to attach roof bars with straps to wrap around a standard crossbar rail. They have their own crossbar that when not in use are stored inside the railing. these crossbars are useless as they come in on size only - too short to carry a paddle board and two kayak carriers at each end. I have thule bars, 65inch long. the Pacifica bars barely support only one paddle board or canoe. I am looking for foot adapters that can be bolted on to the existing holes that attack the crossbars when in use. Can I my square Thule Bars on your system or the included bars support Thule carriers made for the square bar Thule bars as well as Thule carriers with straps such as the Thule Kayak and Paddle Board carriers? and do the bars come in different lengths or 65? Thanks!

If you want to carry something on the roof of your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica you will have to go with your vehicle's factory rack option. There is not an aftermarket roof rack fit for your roof with the Stow N Place crossbar rails.
You can carry a single kayak or paddleboard using a foam pad such as the Malone Standard Foam Block Kit for Stand-Up Paddleboards - 24" Long - Qty 2, part # MAL75VR, for paddleboards or the Malone Deluxe Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - Foam Block Style - 18" Long, part # MPG152. This option will allow you to carry one of these items on the roof at a time.
If you want to carry two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board at the same time you will need a trailer. I recommend the Malone MicroSportXT Trailer - 78" Crossbars - Retractable Tongue - 800 lbs, part # MPG460XT. This trailer can carry up to 800lbs, and more importantly, it has 78" CROSSBARS". This is plenty of room to carry two kayaks and the stand-up paddle board. Remember, you have to carry the stand-up paddleboard flat on the carrier. With the carrier in the place I recommend the Malone J-Pro2 Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - J-Style - Fixed Arms - Side Loading, part # MPG117MD. With this carrier you can transport your kayak on the side, making more room for your stand-up paddleboard. Once you have the two Malone J-Pro2 Kayak Carriers you need something for transporting the stand-up paddleboard.
I recommend the Malone FoldAway-5 Kayak, SUP, and Canoe Carrier with Tie Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading, part # MAL38FR. I like this carrier because of it's versatility. It can be used to transport stand-up paddleboards, yet it can be reconfigured to carry two kayaks.
