Finding Cold Side Stop Light Switch In 2021 Jeep Cherokee To Install Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo DM86VR
Question:
What color is the wire for the cold side of brake switch to attach to the transmitter? I have a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited.

I would be happy to help you find the correct cold side stop light switch wire in your 2021 Jeep Cherokee to get the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor # DM86VR installed, but we have not had a chance to install one in a Cherokee yet so you will need to test for the correct wire.
Using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 you will need to test each wire going to the stop light switch on your Jeep. The wire you are needing is the cold side wire which only has power when the brake pedal is pressed. Once you find the wire you will need to use the included connector to splice in.
