The Tow Ready J-Pin Stabilization Pin and Barrel will fit the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76138 for your 2018 Mazda CX-5. The J-Pin fits 2" receivers as long as they have the secondary hole. The Draw-Tite # 76138 has the secondary hole closer to the back of the receiver tube.
