I reached out to my contact at Stromberg Carlson and the part shown in your picture is a circuit breaker.
They do not currently offer a specific replacement circuit breaker for your Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-3755 but they did mention that it is a 30 amp circuit breaker so you can use the # PK54530 as a replacement.
