Will the Reese Elite Under-Bed System Fit a 2019 GMC Sierra 2500

Will the frame brackets holes align with the factory holes on my 2019 GMC 2500 Sierra? Thanks

Yes. The Reese Under-bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series Hitches # RP30868 is a confirmed fit on your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 and will install using existing holes in the frame; any drilling that would be required during installation would be minimal as this is a custom installation kit for Chevy/GMC trucks.
If you don't already have a hitch and have a 6-1/2 ft bed I recommend using the Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled hitch With Slider part # RP30144. If you have the 8 ft bed, I recommend Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer hitch part # RP30921. The M5 has a single-hook jaw design that gives you better contact with the king pin. Both of these hitches would fit in the Reese Under-Bed Rail and Installation kit # RP30868.
