Front Mount Hitch For A 2018 Ram 3500

Question:

Im looking at the Swagman e-spec hitch mount rack, S94FR. I dont plan on carrying this rack on my fifthwheel but will probably carry the rack/bikes on my 2018 RAM 3500. I would like to add 2inch hitch receiver to the front of the truck and carry the rack there while travelling and then transfer the rack to the rear hitch receiver when exploring with the bikes. I have questions: 1. What is the appropriate front mount hitch receiver for my 2018 RAM 3500, SRW, short bed with the 6.7 Cummins diesel? 2. Is there a non-RV rated equivalent hitch that will ship before September? I am leaving this area then and would like to have it before I leave. 3. I currently have the Swagman e-spec in my cart, what are the chances that the item will ship earlier than mid September?
