Though there are some manufacturers that make a 4-bike trunk mount, none of the manufacturers we carry make one. Having 4-Bikes on a trunk mount rack is a little on the extreme side and could be potentially dangerous and would put a lot of stress on the mounting points on the vehicle.
The most bikes I recommend carrying on a truck mount is 3. I recommend the Thule OutWay 3, # TH56BV. I own this rack myself and it is by far the easiest rack to install/remove that I have ever used. It uses only 2 retractable cables rather than the 4-6 straps of other carriers to secure to the vehicle so installation is a breeze.
To carry any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike) I recommend using an adapter bar, # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and provide better ground clearance. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
To carry the fourth bike you could get a roof rack but since you indicated you may not have the car that much longer that might not be the wisest investment, just like a hitch. If one of the bikes is small enough, you would need to place it in the trunk to carry all for.
