How can i tell if this will work with my vehicle? How do i tell is there is a factory wiring package for the plug and play?

Easiest way would probably be to get under your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe and see if you have the needed connectors for the Curt wiring harness part # C56332 to plug into. You can see them in the attached install video.
If you don't have the tow package you'd need the part # C59236.
