How To Determine If the TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands Can Provide Enough Lift
Question:
I need to know the height - with the stands in the upright position as they are holding the axle up - from the ground to the bottom of the curve of the cradle. I am having a hard time finding any of this type of tool that will get my tires off of the ground. I need 13inch or so to raise my tires up. I have 15inch wheels with ST205/75D15 tires. I will be using this primarily for emergency flat tire replacement and so will most likely only be using just one unit. I have had units advertise for 15inch wheels only to have them be too short to be of any use. I think that they are talking about a total tire diameter of 15inch - little tiny wheels like for a boat trailer. Here is a picture of my utility trailer to go an idea. I think that the lifting height would be a useful spec for you to list if you want to be thorough. Thanks.

The TrailerLegs Tire Saver Stands part # 326-TRLLG-2 can lift the trailer axle up to 15.25”. This would be the distance from the ground to the bottom of the axle so as long as the tires are off the ground at 15.25" then this will work for you.
