Which is Better Round Tube or Square Tube Slider

Question:

I did some custom body work to the cab of my truck this past weekend and have decided I need a slider under my Reese 30047 fifth wheel hitch. Im looking at the square tube RP30048 and round tube RP50024 offerings on your site. From what Ive read both will work correct me if Im wrong. I understand the round is more expensive. The design of the round appears to have less top surface area which should make for easier slide/disengage etc. Is that true? Is it worth the extra cost? Which one would you recommend?

Round tube sliders like the part # RP50024 are easier in general for operation than the square tube sliders like the part # RP30048. Since the slider has round tubes it's harder for the slider assembly to bind up and become difficult. This is why you'd have a better overall experience with the round tube setup.
