How Do You Know When Equa-Flex Equalizers On Triple Axle Trailer Should Be Replaced?
Question:
I have a GD Momentum triple axle with about 55k miles on it. When should the suspension be replaced?

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and the Equa-Flex equalizers you have on your Grand Design Momentum Triple Axle Trailer do not have a mileage rating, but instead just get replaced when they are worn.
I would take a close look at the equalizers and the shackles looking for any fatigue cracks and are abnormal wear or deterioration of the rubber located at the bottom of the equalizers.
If you see wear then it is time to go ahead and replace the equalizers.
If your trailer has 3000lb-6000lb axles you will need the Equa-Flex # LC281314, and if your trailer has 5000lb to 8000lb axles you will need the # LC279689 instead.
If your shackles are worn just measure center to center of the two holes and I would be happy to recommend the correct replacements for you.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
