I do have an option for you but there are no plug-in play trailer wiring harness options for a 2011 Audi Q5. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness you referenced is not a fit so if you're having issue that is likely why. I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT which uses clamp-on sensors therefore no splicing is required.

Please note, you should be testing the wires to use with the hatch closed.
