Question:
I need a base plate, tow bar unit, brake assist system and wiring kit. Do you carry/supply all of them? Cost and description of each would be appreciated, along with a video stated above.

To flat tow your 2000 Jeep Cherokee you'll need the following items:
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000lbs Item # RM-522. This tow bar will work with the base plates I recommended and comes with a non-binding feature that will make unhooking the arms from the base plates easier on uneven surfaces.
Tow Bar Wiring: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154. This kit will splice into your vehicle's tail lights and use them to signal instead of having to run magnetic lights every time you want to tow your Jeep.
Base Plates: Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # 1418-1. These base plates have removable arms so you'll be able to remove the visible portion of these base plates when not towing.
Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000lbs Item # RM-643. The coils on these safety cables will help prevent damage normal cables would have from dragging on the ground.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # HM39530. This system is a one time install that bolts down under the driver's seat and comes with a trickle charger to help keep your Jeep's battery charged while towing.
I've included installation videos for you as well if you were wanting to install this flat towing equipment on your own.
