Recommended Trailer Hitch To Replace Rusty OEM Trailer Hitch On 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Hi, I have the round tube type. My bumper has also rusted out also and hitch has pulled loose from the bumper also. Do you have a hitch that will fit that doesnt bolt to the bumper? And Trailer plug in, was attached to the bumper and rusted loose. Do the hitchs have a place to bolt the cable connector to the hitch? Or what do you suggest?
