What kind of adaptor do we need to change our Smoke Hollow table top gas grill PT300B so we can attach it to our 20lb propane tank.

You can attach the regulator back onto you Smoke Hollow table top gas grill PT300B and use the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose for Small Appliance - Type 1 x Disposable Cylinder Port - 6' Item # 100555-72-MBS from the regulator to the propane tank.
