I would be happy to help.

Weight distribution hitches go off total tongue weight which is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your 2005 Toyota Sequoia. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # FA92-00-0600 you were looking at works with total tongue weights between 250-600lbs so as long as your total tongue weight falls in this range this would be a great choice. I really like the Fastway hitches due to them being very high quality for the money, and the built in 2-point sway control does a great job of keeping your trailer going straight down the highway.

If you find your total tongue weight exceeds 600lbs you will need to step up to the # FA92-00-0800 which works with total tongue weights between 400-800lbs.

Neither of these hitches include a hitch ball so you will need ether 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
