The Rightline Sport 3 XL Rooftop Cargo Bag # RL100S30 will fit just about any vehicle roof regardless of whether or not it has hardware, side rails or crossbars.

If the Town and Country is equipped with a factory-installed roof rack then the crossbars are the self-storing type that fold into the side rails when not in use. I reviewed the owners manual for this vehicle and it does not specify the dimensions or spread of the crossbars (but I was able to verify that the roof weight capacity is 150 pounds). I contacted a local Chrysler dealership to get the crossbar information but they did not have a rack-equipped 2012 on hand to measure and had no data available beyond what I found in the manual.

If the Town and Country does not have a factory-installed or aftermarket roof rack, then this particular Rola cargo carrier will not be the best option since you would then need to also purchase a roof rack system.

Hi Adam,I measured the rack and the cross bars are smaller than 3 14 inches wide and they can be mounted in three different places. Placing the adjustable cross bars on the furthest forward brackets and the second cross bar on the next furthest back brackets, it falls in between the specified measurements between 23 and 32 inches from front to back I cannot remember the exact measurements of either but I do know, based on the vehicle measurements and the specifications of the Rola unit, they should be compatible.
