Availability Of Double Lip Grease Seal 168255TB For 1990 Ez-Loader Trailer
Question:
I have a 1990 EZ-loader for which I need new bearings. I called the manufaturer for the grease seals, they are 250-031468 =168255TB ? with a 2.57 OD and a 1.68 ID. Most of the seals you have are 1.71 ID. Would that still be compatible? What bearings do I need? My vin is

We actually carry the Double Lip Seal # 168255TB you mentioned which has an I.D. of 1.687" and an O.D. of 2.561" so you will not have to wonder if a different seal will work.
The # 168255TB is typically used on a 3500lb axle which uses inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649, though you will need to confirm your spindle uses this bearing combination.
You can do this by removing one of your hubs and looking for the bearing number stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If you find you have a different bearing combination just let me know.
