Replacement Boat Winch That Will Hold Up In Harsh Salt Water Conditions

I have a 2015 single axle magic tilt trailer which hauls my 186 key west which ways around 2000 lbs fully loaded.I’m looking to replace the winch with one that holds up very well to the harsh Florida saltwater.what would you recommend?Thank you
