After installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75699 you were looking at on your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need a vehicle wiring harness, a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip.
For a vehicle wiring harness I recommend the # 118727 which will give you a 4-way connector and be pretty straight forward to install. It will plug into existing connectors on your vehicle so you will not need to splice into your factory wiring, but you will need to run one power wire to the battery with the included fuse. This is the same for each harness available for your vehicle without the tow package.
The correct ball mount and hitch ball will be dependent on the trailer you are towing. I included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct rise/drop ball mount, and a link to all of our 2" ball mounts for you.
For the hitch ball you will need to find the size ball the coupler of the trailer uses, this will be stamped on top of the coupler. You will need to pick a hitch ball that has a shank the same size as the ball hole on the ball mount you choose.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
